With the release of the new Lookup Fields in Agent Workspace, we had an idea...
It would be cool if for our internal stakeholders, they could use our same ticket form as our end-users do, but expose a lookup field for the user and organization separate from the default requester info that will come in.
There isn't a clear way to use a tag or anything to tell the conditions in the form to show the field, and hide it for others.
Additionally, if anyone knows of a way to do this just via code, that would also be super helpful.. That may be possible?
