Agent workspace - why EOL the old view before its possible to customize the workspace?

I got a notice that we soon will be forced to the new workspace. Why would you EOL the old one before the new one is usable for those of us that mainly communicates B2B. The new workspace is a HUGE step BACK in readability.

I cant see email address without having to actively find it in a pop-out sidebar WHY? the via email information is RIGHT there at the top. so show the damn thing so we can better identify phising attempts etc.

I cant even sort comments with new'est first, something that even forums from 25 years ago could do.

Im seriously dissapointed by this. And will change back to the normal interface right away. If you dont implement customization features before you force us to use workspace, we may even consider switching over to another ticketing system.

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry that this post didn't get a reply until now! As for removing one UI for Agent Workspace, at this time there is no EOL planned for the former UI. That is subject to change over time, and we do highly encourage all users to adopt the Agent Workspace UI. 

If you have specific concerns around adoption, we would love to hear about them. You can contact our Support team and they would be happy to address them.
