No Automation/Trigger Action for "Ticket: Requester"

Hi,

 

We are looking to automate the process of updating the "Requester" field of a ticket to the user sending the request to our service email.

As of now, we have to manually update the requester every time to the user emailing.

There is currently no options for automation/trigger that will change the requester, under the "Perform these actions:" portion of the automation/trigger, it doesn't have any options for "Requester".

Is there another way to accomplish this that I am not aware of?

Hi Sean, I'm curious about the nature of the problem. Are tickets not being created with the requester's actual email? How are emails getting to your Zendesk Support instance?
