When we chat with your support agent through the widget built in support interface so, we mostly need to share screenshots with the agents. Can you like enable a option in which we can paste the image just by pasting it as well from the shortcut key or simply right clicking on paste option.

Thank you for your suggestion! Unfortunately this isn't supported in Web Widget (Classic) today. If you choose to migrate to the Web Widget (for messaging) then we already support drag & drop which will make sending screenshots with agents a little easier. Pasting an image into the Web Widget via keyboard shortcut isn't supported but I will note down your feedback for future consideration.

Okay not even this is possible while talking to your support executives as well like in the agent workspace?
