Hello,
I was wondering if there is a way to transfer a  Messaging chat (messaging channel) from agent-1 to another agent-2 and give able to give a heads up type warning to the accepting, agent-2 with OMNI and Messaging enabled?  Not using an internal comment. So, looking for some way to show, that, the incoming chat is a transfer from agent-1 to agent-2  receiving the transfer, so agent-2 can know to use the proper QA script w the interaction?

I added to this thread but got no reply:

Looks like others have been asking for this type of functionality for a few years now. I just wanted to see if there is now a way to easily do so, with out automating a bunch? Let me know if this is possible.

Thanks!

Hey Matthew,

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. Thank you for replying to that other thread with you feedback as well.

I do want to take a moment to share our Community Guidelines with you to help frame our response patterns in the feedback forum. Given the volume of feedback we receive on a daily weekly basis, we can not respond to ever piece of feedback we get, as much as we would like to! While we read and review each one, a response is not always given. For this particular thread you commented on, a product manager shared this has been added to the backlog last year. This means that the feature is in consideration to be prioritized as a later date. That is the latest we have on this feedback request at this time.

Thank you again for your feedback!

Hey Matthew, are you no longer interested in keeping this product feature request open? If you are seeing this as a ticket in the My Activities page, please excuse that error. We run an internal operation to manage community posts that is erroneously showing up in customers tickets. If you would like to keep this feature request open please let me know! Thanks so much.
