with our volume of calls, we need the ability to send calls to all online agents simultaneously to ensure the customer isn't waiting a long time as many of our agents are moving around during the day not near the phones.

Thank you for your suggestion. While the proposed routing option is not on our roadmap, the concept of auto-answer is on our roadmap for 2025. Once implemented, your goal of ensuring the caller is not waiting longer than necessary should be addressed.
