Exporting Team member list

Yes!  Definitely needs an export function.

+1 I'd add that we want the GROUPS the user is assigned to in the export and a way to identify which group is the default one.

Thanks for the feedback. A dependency for introducing export team members is that we need to make the new Team members page the default experience for customers. That's what we are currently working on and will be released in August/September this year.

The next priority is export team members and our target timeline is by the end of 2022. Wish I could say it was sooner, but want to be realistic about timelines with you.

Thanks for the update Tom. Some requests for being able to export team members:

• We should be able to export them all at once, not just 100 at a time.
• We should be able to choose which fields to export, including custom fields.
• We should be able to filter the data we want to export. For example, export only Light Agents.

+1 to this feature and to Sy's comment re: functionality

+1 I went to export and just found out we lost the functionality, so I totally agree!

This is marked "planned" but there's no official comment pinned to give anyone an idea of when this is going to be in the product? 

It sounds like this feature should have been completed but I still dont see it, and its making it harder to complete audit requests. Any updates here?

Coming back to this one as it's currently causing me a real headache. Each of my business units has a set number of licences allocated in the budget, however to manage this we are currently having to run spreadsheets which captures joiners and leavers, but it is incredibly difficult to monitor movement from light to full licences and which role permissions they have (required for information security) - we are looking to integrate the users API into our data warehouse but I really feel like it shouldn't be this difficult and time consuming to manage my licence budget in the meantime

Hey Tom Dupuche - It's now 2023 but still don't have any definite date as to when this will be made available. 

So what's the update on this one now? end of 2023 I guess?

@kristin20 any updates? It is now another two months and I, like so many other customers, am spending hours and hours manually doing what should be easily available to anyone. 

I’m very pleased to let you know that we have started rolling out a new feature that allows admins to export a list of their team member data. This feature will be available in your account by March 16th (PT).
