I noticed that the Requests API doesn't allow End Users to add formatted comments. The HTML Body property is read-only, and the body property doesn't seem to render any Markdown passed to it. I'm guessing this is related to a similar outcome of the Ticketing API.
Why not allow end users to submit formatted comments via the Requests API? Is it a security risk? They are already able to submit formatted comments through the Help Center.
