I signed a contract with https://www.ada.cx/ , a third party chatbot platform that integrates with Zendesk. We've done the configurations with ADA however want to make sure I'm able to see the chat interactions live in Zendesk. The chatbot is set to go live in 1 week so I simply want to make sure everything is dine on the backend for a smooth launch.

You may want to reach out to Ada directly but you can test the widget out before it goes live on their end and by having an agent online in your Zendesk account: https://adasupporthelp.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360039885133-Test-Bot
