Doesn't seem like there is a solution today, but tiktok is becoming an important social channel for us and we expect it to continue into the future. We use "Instagramer DM" and "Instagramer comments" now from the app store and it works great, so curious if zendesk is planning on building an integration or if they know of any devs working on a 3rd party app.

Thank you for this initiative. I would really appreciate a solution on Tiktok integration. At first I didn't believe in it, thinking it was yet another Chinese internet tool that would fade away with time, but now, as I see the growing influence of Tiktok dances https://backlightblog.com/top-21-tiktok-dances-2021 I read the instruction on how to arrange this for my own resource. We are moving in to more posts and social media moderation for TikTok. We are advertising there and it is important that we catch those comments on posts and direct messages. Would be great if Zendesk could work on that integration.
Same with Threads. It is new but starting to gain momentum.
