Incorrect "get help" and "give feedback" links

I noticed that clicking "get help" in Guide directs me to send an email to serviceincident@zendesk.com instead of opening a chat window as stated here. Similarly, clicking "give feedback" takes me to this 404 page instead of Feedback - Help Center (Guide). Just wanted to point this out since both buttons work correctly in Support and Explore. Thanks!

    Thanks for reporting this, Andrey. This is unexpected behavior and we'll look into what's going on. 

    In the meantime, is there a question we can try to help answer for you here?

      Jumping in on this - how are we able to contact customer support at the moment? I had a couple of things I want to discuss but 'support@zendesk.com' appears to raise a ticket, that gets auto-solved, with an email reply back to 'join us on messgaing' which is a link that takes me to our companies own Zendesk Support instance.

      It appears your requests page no longer functions either.

      @nicole17 Thanks! I managed to access the chat from Support after first trying to open it in Guide, and already have an agent helping me with my question.
