Ability to send Help Center event data (views, searches) via API or Segment integration

We use Glean to find, summarize, and connect customer data across our apps, including Zendesk Support. We need to include customers’ Help Center search results and article views in the dataset. Request: Either make the event data available via API or include it in data sent to Segment.
