Hello,

I created 2 actions to extract metadata from tickets. They have been tested and they work as expected.

These actions do not seem to be available in flow builder.

I thought it could be cache issue, but it persists after 3 hours of the action creation date. Clearing cache did not help.

Hi Ahmed, TD engineer Zhanhuai here. FYI we are fixing this issue. It's an issue caused by malfunctioning cache within one of our backend systems. You could expect this to clear within the next few days.

Thanks for the quick solution. I am now able to see all of my created actions including the ones recently created.
