I would like for agents to be able to see their own data in WFM and admins to be able to select to add goals and/or anonymized data leader. This feature would affect agents primarily.
Agents can be motivated by their metrics to increase their performance as well as identify if there are issues in the system identifying their work.
The workaround of emailing agents their individual data daily is difficult to maintain with a larger workforce.
Ideally, administrators can manage a template dashboard for agents to review their data at their cadence and opt to have it emailed to them.
