Only 20% of my agents will make use of the generative AI functionality, having to purchase it for all agents makes the cost-to-benefit ratio prohibitive.
Please could this be reviewed? Other Saas businesses are taking this approach or including it in a, much lower, standard license agreement increase (not upwards of $50 per month per agent)
