Only 20% of my agents will make use of the generative AI functionality, having to purchase it for all agents makes the cost-to-benefit ratio prohibitive. 

Please could this be reviewed? Other Saas businesses are taking this approach or including it in a, much lower, standard license agreement increase (not upwards of $50 per month per agent)

Yes, I agree. Because of this cost-prohibitive model, I'm looking for other (and more robust TBH) solutions outside of Zendesk.

This is one of the many add-ons that should be a flat rate instead of per agent or maybe even blocks of agents would be better.
