I want to be able to create banners or alerts in Zendesk that my support team can leverage for awareness. So for example, if we have a customer/account that has special instructions for when they submit a ticket (e.g. Only certain users can create tickets or this customer is in hypercare so we need to give white glove treatment, etc.). When I used Salesforce in the past,  you can add alerts or banner messages for staff to see for awareness. So if they open a ticket for XYZ Company Inc. a message will appear at the top of the ticket stating something that applies to this customer.

Hi Adam, if you're open to an app - you can use Sticky Notes to create these alerts and banner messages for staff and customise the messages so they only display on tickets for designated companies.  Do a keyword search for Sticky Notes on the Zendesk marketplace to find out more.

Hi Adam,

 

I started using Tag instructor and it has helped a lot. It is fairly easy to use and is a free app in the Zendesk app store.
