Hello there,
I am just sharing a couple of thoughts that have crossed my mind since working with Answer bot more recently.
- We have two brands, and on different websites, requiring different bots. The answers we provide are pretty much the same however. It would be handy, to be able to copy and paste to different brands, not only in the current bot you are working on.
- We were new to bot and many test bots were created by different admins. We cannot delete these. An additional step to delete unused bots would be ideal, with a fail safe question "Are you sure?" to prevent wrong bots being deleted.
- When predicting customer questions to provide intent and answers, I found the information in the guide contradictive to the advice given in Answer bot.
I read this as Answer bot suggesting to use words like how do I, but the guide advises against this...
"Avoid the use of generic phrases like “I want to” or "How do I", which can dilute the question's core meaning. For example, instead of using "I want to get a refund", use “Get a refund."
I found this difficult to then tailor my intents difficult to construct, outright deactivating certain questions i wanted to use, and dumbing down the other ways to ask to singular key words. It's still not perfect, and any advice would always be welcome.
Thanks for taking time to read this.
