Good Afternoon,

Could we have the ability to view audit logs for any End-User Field changes?

What Agent/Admin changes what End-User Field on what End-User when - if that makes sense.

Thank you,

yes it makes sense! I added my upvote. I'm fairly certain there are other requests for the Audit Log to be more robust.... I just don't have the links to those offhand.

Kyle and Heather - here is the existing conversation about audit logs. I encourage you to add your voice and votes there, with some detailed use-cases about why you would need to be able to see this and what problem it would solve for you. Thanks!

Hi,

We would like to have much more useful data displayed in the audit logs, such as when any change is made to a user or an organisation.

It is vital for us as a responsible business holding customer information that we have a duty of care to ensure the data is accurate and if a change is made we are able to see when and what was changed and by whom - this is more important to me than seeing when someone has logged in or changed their password, which fills the audit log at present.

Thanks

Hi folks, just here to let you know that updates to the User profile and updates to Organisations are now available in the audit log.

This is not complete, or if it was, it was removed. I would love to have this recorded, I'm having to do a ton of manual API logging and diffing my outputs to try and catch changes to user fields on profiles, which doesn't even tell me who did the change. I'd be able to figure out if there's a bug or human error happening *much* faster if there was an actual audit log of these changes.

Support has confirmed this feature was never released and this feature is "not a priority". Disappointing.
