Not all departments in my company work within Zendesk and we need to send template emails with instructions and would like to set the requester to a specific email address.

Being able to set a requester email address on a macro

We have recently updated our Extended Macros app to support setting the requester via macro. The app is free to use. This would be an extremely helpful Action setting for our team when creating macros. We work with several outside vendors, and automating this step would really streamline our process.
