I would love an option to bulk create tickets via CSV upload.
My organization is in the technology field, and we have customers contact support for any number of devices. Ideally, I would want to track each serial number they had to troubleshoot and provide them + other data points to Engineering.
In instances where customers need help with multiple devices (which can sometimes be over 100 devices), it wouldn't be efficient to have a representative create that amount of tickets manually or have 100 fields titled "Serial Number 1, Serial Number 2, etc.)
Right now we're just using an Excel sheet to itemize all affected serial numbers instead of spending time reviewing each ticket.
