Bulk Opening Tickets to Appear as Separate Tabs in Support Workspace

Working in Support, I have a preference of opening up multiple tickets at a time, so they appear as their own, separate tabs, in order for me to visualize and prioritize the work tickets i have to take action on.

Hi ​@Yessey11, great trick for visualization. If you want to go further, there’s one option (besides opening several tabs): using a Kanban-style board inside Zendesk. It lets you see your tickets as cards, drag them between stages, and manage your workload more visually.

Just sharing in case a visual board might help with the ‘multiple tabs’ frustration:)
