In setting up the business hours schedule, it would be nice to have smaller interval time options. Currently the intervals are 30 minutes, but would be more helpful in smaller increments.

I would also like to know if there is any possibility of having smaller intervals, or the ability to customize the intervals in my business hours?
Smaller increments, say 10 minutes, would be very helpful.
We need this for large corporate customers and it's rather bemusing this actually isn't possible on such a fantastic product. Zendesk please look into this as a serious change request.
Increments of 5 mins would be ideal!
