We would like request a small change be made to the 2FA screen we encounter when logging in to our Zendesk help center. When the 2FA screen is displayed, and a field is provided to enter the passcode, the cursor focus is not on that specific passcode field.
We start typing in the code from our phones, but since focus is not set in the Passcode field no text is entered. Thus, I have to select focus and look up the code again on my phone and re-enter it properly.
Could you please create an enhancement to change this?
