Hi,

I'd be great if we can use the custom status for tickets and not only the status. That should apply for the steps related with tickets and branching, and also as variable for the next steps.

Hi @lydia13 if you add a look up ticket step that should retrieve custom status to use in subsequent branches and steps. In this screenshot you can see custom_status_id as an available variable. Give this a try and let us know how you go!

Thanks, @daniel100. With the look up I can see the custom ststuses and use it in the branch.
