We are in need of view for agents. We believe this would be helpful for many support teams. We need a view for tickets that are less than pending status, that have had no public reply/comment in 72 hours or greater.

his is a great feature request and I have added it to the backlog for future consideration. This means that we will think about adding it as a priority later in our planning cycle.
