Hi,

Thank you for your feedback. We plan to work on different improvements to the help center and community email notifications next year. We will look at the described use case at the later stage.

Hi Teresa,

Actually setting the reply email address is not on the roadmap right now as it is facing a couple of technical blockers not in the community software, which are to be resolved first. The email notifications improvements mentioned by Tetiana and selected for mid-term are related to getting notifications on article changes and the ability to follow subsections.

I’m also conscious of a very similar request, being able to respond to community notification emails, here: https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/4409217135258-Reply-to-forum-topics-via-email

What if the community is it's own branded help center? We are thinking about creating a new brand and using just for community. Doesn't the brand carry through?

It’s not just about branding, it’s trust too. My customers don’t know who “Zendesk” is so why do they see it in our emails?
