Disable reading back the number for callback request

Hello there,

I contacted Zendesk support about the function of the reading back the number for callback request. Apparently this is a default setting and cannot be disabled. 
That is why I am posting it here. 
Hopefully this is something you guys can improve in the future.

Thank you for the question. Confirming that this is the default experience. At this time, we do not have plans to change this experience.
