Feature request: Dynamic ticket form field prefilling based on Organization or User fields

Hi team! It would be great if ticket forms could automatically prefill field values based on Organization or User fields (for example: software version or environment).

Right now, only static default values are supported, which means customers have to manually select the same values every time. This leads to extra effort and possible mistakes. Having dynamic defaults would make ticket submission faster and more accurate for both customers and admins. Hope this helps!

This is something our organisation would welcome and our customers have been requesting for some time.

We ask our customers to fill in fields that are essential for our reporting analysis and ticket investigation but no real benefit for the customer.  Automatically populating fields from the organisation means they merely need to check the information is correct (and occassionally change a field) instead of entering repetative data each time.

We are finding, in order to report the issue, they are entering erroneous data making our analysis flawed.
