Feature Request - Making Custom Object visible to anonymous visitors of Guide

Hi All, 

 

Custom Objects are a game changer for zendesk so thank you. 

However in our use case residents and members of the public access our zendesk portal to log issues with known  public assets such as lamp posts etc (the defined custom objects) without logging in. (anonymous). 
 

Custom Objects are available once someone logs in, but please please can they be made visible to anonymous users?

Hello,
In my case, custom objects allow us to offer a list of hotels to qualify a complaint.
This is therefore essential information.
If I require customers to authenticate themselves, they will have to submit an email or phone call. 
We lose the benefit of tickets qualified by the Help Center forms.
Please allow our anonymous customers to offer lists of objects.

Hi PM,

We are a partner and see many use cases where we want to display a look up field → Custom object for anonymous users. Custom Objects allow for API managed lists of f.ex products with meta data available for agents. 

 

Fingers crossed this is prioritized :)
