Hi,
We'd like to be able to copy macros and keep the HTML aspect of it. Meaning, being able to paste hyperlinked texts as well as keeping the text color without giving it a gray background.
This would be a great implementation as there are times some different macros need to be merged to provide a response and every time can be a different combination therefore creating new macros for each of them would not be an efficient solution.
Hello Garegin Asatryan - We recently disabled retaining colors when pasting colored text in the composer. Hoping your issue is resolved now. Please do let us know if otherwise. Thanks!

When I press Ctrl + A to select all text in the macro comment section, it used to select only the comment section, but recently it has started selecting the entire browser.
According to Zendesk support, this behavior changed due to an update.
Therefore, I strongly request the addition of a comment copy button.
マクロのコメント部分を全選択しようと Ctrl + A を押すと今まではコメント部分のみ選択になりましたが、最近ブラウザ全体が選択されるようになりました。
Zendeskサポートに聞いたところ、アップデートにより挙動が変わったとのことです。
ついてはコメントコピーボタンの追加を強く要望します。
