Bumping this as well, I would like to see this implemented.

Would love to be able to export as PDF and documents. I wish we could export articles in the format that we have in zendesk. the fact that images don't copy well into google docs is so frustrating when we need to collaborate on edits with other users.

Also really need to be able to easily download articles to keep copies or share easily.

Also wish we could import zip files or multiple PDFs/documents into guide - especially because we can't replicate the sandbox for guides.

Seems crazy that this is not part of the core software

Our client also requests this as they share some articles with a customer representation group during yearly meetings. We would not want to have access for these customers to our internal-facing KB. Exporting by Print Page in Chrome is horrible formatting. Export to PDF would be super helpful!

Today we are forced to print pages to PDF using the preview mode.

Sadly you added a watermark (div id live-preview-container) that hides a part of the article that we are printing to PDF.

Releasing this feature would be super helpful for those who need to review the articles and cannot have access to Guide.

I had the same issue as everyone posting above. Our customers want to have a printable (and presentable) export of our Help Center articles.

I'm working on solving the issue for my team, with a focus on PDF exports of the Help Center that looks professional, pleasant, and is more cost effective than existing options. I'm wrapping up for my use case and I will submit the app to Zendesk's app marketplace in a few days. If you would like to share what you would like to see, or participate in closed previews, I would love to hear your thoughts!

A pdf export should really be available by default.
