Hello,

It's bad that we can't import a csv fiels if the ticket field is not new, I have a list use but this list is update after a while with big change, so can't manually change the 600 line and I don't want create a new ticket fields because then all the data use on previous ticket will be save under a different ID and for my reporting I need to check 2 different fiels :(

So can you think about import csv on existing ticket field even if this delete actual list ?

Thanks

Being able to import/update on existing fields would be really helpful. An example could be if we were rebranding a product in a dropdown field and don't want to change the underlying tag but have dozens or hundreds of Labels that need to be changed.

any updates about this?

sure this feature will be very helpfull to update a field (drop-down) to add new value in existing field with csv

We also really need this feature. It’s very cumbersome to update fields manually after they are created.

Right now I have almost 400 lines to update manually, and it takes a long time :/

Is there any update on this one. It will be very useful to import fields through a csv file if the ticket field is not new! Thanks

+1. Not being able to bulk import values feels really limiting, especially when managing fields that are ever-expanding.

Hi,

One workaround is to migrate your tickets to a fresh Zendesk instance with the updated field structure already in place. That way you can map everything correctly from the start and keep your reporting clean without splitting data across two fields.

You can check Zendesk marketplace apps like Import or Help Desk Migration to do so.
