We investigated that lots of our customers who use iPhone Safari browser cannot connect to live chat.
Instead of a live chat button, they see question mark (?) in the live chat button and they are forwarded to message to us instead of connecting live chat.
Are you aware of this issue, is it something global?

It looks like you have a conversation open with our Customer Support team regarding this issue. I would recommend following up with them there so they can dig into this further as this isn't something we will be able to troubleshoot here in the community.
