I know this seems silly - but we do a weather lookup on our clients so we can personalize the response - like "sorry it's raining in Orlando" or " enjoy the sunny day." It would be cool to have a widget that put a weather icon on contacts that had a zipcode in their record.
I don't think that's a silly idea at all! That's a really cool way to provide a more personalized experience to your customers so this is great feedback :)
