The macro system we have at the moment is a drop-down list of a lot of macros, this system is a lot of work to find what you are looking for.

I think a better way would be to have a drop-down menu of commonly associated macros groupings, then you click into each field until you get as close to your answer as possible, let me know if this system is possible please.

    Hi Rory, 

    This is possible! You just need to set up your macros with names that create the categories, with two colons, like Presales::Account Creation and Presales::Sizing Info. These would both be displayed in a category called Presales for the agent. More info and pictures can be found here.
