One part this is unclear to me. We have users authorized through our global OAuth. For these users we have no token expiration or refresh token. What will happen at the January 31, 2026 deadline for these users? Will we need to ask them to go through the Oauth flow again so we can get a refresh token for them? Or will their existing access tokens keep working?

There is contradicting info in your documentation https://developer.zendesk.com/api-reference/ticketing/oauth/grant_type_tokens
It states that `expires_in` is in milliseconds and later says it is in seconds.
Which one is right (I suspect seconds 😊)?
