We need the option to see live typing from customers during messaging.

Hi Filomena,

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand that being able to preview what the end-user is typing could help agents respond even faster and improve the overall experience. While we do offer typing indicators and other notification tools to help agents stay responsive, we currently do not have plans to support real-time typing preview in our roadmap.

We appreciate your input and will continue to evaluate ways to improve agent efficiency in messaging.
