Hi! We need the rich HTML field possibility in Zendesk. We provide quite a lot of data in a details field that needs to be formatted and also links should be clickable. Please, when a rich text field will be available as a custom field? Many thanks!

Hi. I was hoping to understand this use case a little further. Are you referring to User or Organization fields ? Or Ticket fields?
Today, you can use the Multiline text field type in Users and Organization fields to capture text. URLs entered as part of this text will identified and be clickable.
