We would like more control over the Enhanced Writing feature in Zendesk AI.
It’s currently possible to create custom prompts, but they cannot be saved for reuse.
Additionally, the prompt options appear in a fixed order and cannot be reordered.
Request:
- Allow admins to change the order of the Enhanced Writing options
- Allow admins to save custom prompts that can be reused by agents
This would make Enhanced Writing faster to use and reduce repetitive manual prompt writing.
