I'm utilizing the conversation review section to score in bulk conversations between out Ai bots and our customers where a customer is not escalated to a human agent.
This is already way better then trying to do this manually within the bot setting in the admin panel.
One key detail I see so far is missing, I see the entire conversation but i do not see any of the articles the bot suggests to the customer so cannot check if it share correct information in these contacts.
This addition would really assist in accurate scoring and build confidence in our QA users that the bot is doing the right actions with our customers.
