Synch desktop and mobile chat app seamlessly

The synch between the mobile chat app and desktop isn't working properly. The desktop is prioritized, which means chats won't open on the mobile chat app if the computer is left on. Please make sure you have seamless synch so that you can respond in any device intermittently.

Thanks for sharing your feedback. The Chat experience on both Mobile and Desktop should be in sync. Would you mind sharing more examples on what's not in sync?

Hi Sarah, when I switched to the green Zendesk Support Mobile App it works, but using the Zendesk Chat Mobile App isn't possible since it doesn't synch with desktop, i.e. desktop is prioritized and claims all chats, even when the computer is in sleep mode.
