Doesn't seem like there is a solution today, but tiktok is becoming an important social channel for us and we expect it to continue into the future. We use "Instagramer DM" and "Instagramer comments" now from the app store and it works great, so curious if zendesk is planning on building an integration or if they know of any devs working on a 3rd party app.

@the15 This feature is still not live, as the TikTok integration app is only available for people using the TikTok Shop (which is for individuals). Companies using the TikTok Business account cannot use the app that is currently available. It's very annoying.

In addition, i can't auth tiktok shop connector on Seller Center.
Does anyone have any feedback on this?
It’s surprising that TikTok is still not integrated into Zendesk while competitors have already moved fast in this area. Right now, 20–40% of our daily messages come from TikTok, and we’re forced to rely on external solutions like respond.io or handle tickets manually. This breaks our reporting, adds unnecessary workload, and pushes us closer to switching platforms entirely. Please prioritize TikTok integration before more customers are forced to move away from Zendesk.
