I think you should really consider re-designing the UI. I don't need know about others but I dont need all of this empty space, and a huge dashboard/get started section... it is really annoying to use the bottom right corner of the entire webpage to view all my tickets....
Maybe if the Get Started/Dashboard could collapse, that would be so ideal.
