I consider that at the moment, to be in Zendesk, resolving tickets or checking out overall workload, and features that Zendesk offers, the app is very boring, lacking more color everywhere, or ways to customize the tool to make it more enjoyable, whenever we're working, for example puting more colors over tickets that are assigned as a priority, the fonts used, the white areas, and overall interface could have more funny things, probably the use of emojis or having its unique style of Zendesk cartoos whenever there's an error loading, or any interface that goes once we switch from one window to another. I think the app is lacking a lot of creativity, options for customization, or putting in some real or animated landscape backgrounds. A bunch of things that can make work look less boring.
