ZD WFM Alerts when there is 0 coverage

We are a small business so planning coverage is key. If we have some on time off and an additional absence pops up, if we add this in we would like to be notified if there is any timeframe where there is 0 coverage as we run 24/7 coverage.

Ensuring we have agents available for our users at all times

Having to constantly review coverage, we had hoped this tool would do this for us

Some sort of email or pop up to indicate that there is 0 coverage at [TIME]
