Zendesk QA Reporting Integration with Zendesk Analytics

Please give a quick overview of your product feature request or feedback and note who in your org is affected by this issue [ex. agents, admins, customers, etc.]. (2-3 sentences)

We'd love to see the ability for data collected in Zendesk QA to then be used as a data source in Zendesk Analytics (Explore). Right now, we are limited to the reporting style in Zendesk QA and cannot create our own custom reports in the formats we'd like to see.

What problem do you see this solving? (1-2 sentences)

Team Leads and other managers in the org can have their own custom dashboards presented in the reporting style or structure of their preference. The data collected from Zendesk QA might also be able to be paired with data from Zendesk Support in the same dashboard.

When was the last time you were affected by this lack of functionality, or specific tool? What happened? How often does this problem occur and how does this impact your business? (3-4 sentences)

Today. Impact is not severe, but it would be beneficial for our team members to have more control over the report structure, how information is presented and have Zendesk QA data in their own dashboards in Zendesk Analytics instead of visiting this tool separately.

Are you currently using a workaround to solve this problem? (If yes, please explain) (1-2 sentences)

Yes, we manually extract information from the Zendesk QA report and then manually place it into a spreadsheet.

What would be your ideal solution to this problem? How would it work or function? (1-2 sentences)

Zendesk QA data would be available as a data source in Zendesk Analytics and we can use it to make reports of our choosing to then place into existing dashboards.

+1 Any Zendesk product should be available in the main Analytics platform, instead we have separate reports for Support, WFM and QA.

@betti you have used a template without even editing the placeholders. Can you confirm which [YEAR] it is on the roadmap for?

Has there been any progress made on this functionality?
