I have SSO enabled between my external application and zendesk guide using JWT. Only signed-in users can view the guide. I have a menu item in the app to access the Guide which authenticates the user into zendesk. However if I place a link to an article directly within my application and the user tries to access it, zendesk forces the user to login again. Is there a way to automatically authenticate the user using JWT when an article link is clicked from an external application?
