Blocking Help Center account creation from specific domains

How can I prevent users from specific generic email domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, aol.com, and several others from creating Help Center accounts.

The Blocklist field in the Admin center > People > Configuration > End users works only for ticket creation and NOT for Help Center account creation.

You’re correct — the blocklist only affects ticket creation, not Help Center sign-ups.

There’s no native way to block account creation by email domain. The common workaround is adding custom JavaScript to the Help Center registration page to validate and block generic domains (gmail, yahoo, etc.). Alternatively, enable email verification or manual approval so those accounts never become active.

That’s basically the only option for now.
