Bullet Points in Zendesk Guide Articles

Hello, 

My company relies heavily on bullet points in our documentation. Here is an example of what we are encountering in our Zendesk hosted articles:

Also, when copy/pasting bulleted lists from Google docs into a Zendesk article, it's quite common for the order of the contents to become completely switched around. It's a bit of a nightmare.

    Thank you for sharing your case related to the bullet points. Based from the information that you shared, the formatting works with the default Copenhagen theme. Third-party themes and custom themes are already out of our scope. It is best that you reach out to the theme's developer to check where in their theme's custom codes can you find the style that's responsible for the bullet points.
