I moved a theme from one brand to another brand that we customized. I downloaded the theme and copied it into a new brand. The copied theme doesn't have the customization we had done in the first brand we copied it from. Any suggestions on how to get the exact same theme copied to another brand?

You can try these steps:
i). Download the customized theme from your first brand.
ii). Open your second brand.
iii). Upload that customized theme (which you have downloaded) to your second brand.
